Very few people seem to share their colour palette files, I've seen lots of (pretty and exciting looking) colour guides but a palette file is much quicker and easier to use...
So, here are mine as mined from this very comprehensive colour chart.
has some in her journal (not sourced from the same place) and a video tutorial on how to create your own.
To install the palette files you'll need to copy them into the palette directory for the relevant program. In Inkscape (on Mac OSX 10.7) you need to right/ctrl click on the Inkscape icon and select 'show package contents' then select Contents > Resources > palettes and copy the .GPL file to this folder. Restart Inkscape and your new palette should be visible!
